Best Bet for Breakfast
As a person who is, professionally speaking, a full-time advocate of the “most important meal of the day,” sometimes I find myself in debates with friends and family about breakfast options and how my beloved Malt-O-Meal cereals stack up. From the college friend who still swears by frosted toaster pastries (you know which ones I’m talkin’ about) to my protein-powered pal who starts every day with a plate full of eggs, they got me wondering too.
I love an underdog and the notion that an earnest bowl of cereal in milk could take on the breakfast behemoths. So I did some research…with lots of help from some official folks with data, calculators, and a whole lot of smarts. ☺
