We hope you were able to spend some time with Mom last month and give her some extra love. May was a lovely month for us with some exciting Bag The Box coverage and sustainability news.
Oprah’s “Life Lift” blog showed us that even a toddler can realize the wastefulness of a cereal box and a bag. Some of our favorite Bag The Box stats were also highlighted (do great pyramids and jumbo jets ring a bell?), along with our commitment to wind energy.
Supermarket News also gave Bag The Box a shout-out in an article about cereal companies coming up with healthy innovations.
And in sustainability news, the company is now officially a member of The Sustainability Consortium! If you’re unfamiliar, it’s a global organization that creates sustainability standards for consumer products (like us!). We’re really excited, as we’ll be able to share ideas and work with other members to talk about ways to make products and packaging that benefit you and the planet.
